Try Before You Keep
When your order arrives, you may try on the item while the courier is at your door.

If you decide not to keep the item, you can return it immediately to the courier.

In this case, you will only be charged the delivery fee.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for any delivery fees related to the exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items without their original tags.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
