At TheYStudio, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

  • Items without original tags.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
